The basic idea is to practice skiing downhill, but on bikes. We will also have a dryland (no bikes) portion of practice, and a separate no-bike-hike if I can recruit a coach.

The Silver Fox Trot is hosted by the Ford Sayre Nordic team and is part of the NENSA’s Popular Race Series, including Zak and Club Cup. It is a mass-start, freestyle race (by age group/gender class), except for the 1st/2nd graders, who will be skiing a classic race.
