Washington’s Birthday Race

WE ARE HOSTING THIS RACE!!!!
An exciting addition to the 2023 Popular calendar – Putney and Marlboro Ski Club partner to bring back the historic Washington’s Birthday Race. Organizers are committed to the roots of the event, a mass-start citizen race for all comers, with a separate event for the kids too little to ski the full course. The event will run regardless of the weather or the snow conditions. Only rules are the standard rules of ski racing – you have to do it with skis. Might be bare ground though. Of course, we’ll make kick-ass skiing if there is a possibility of doing it.

NENSA is really enthused by this attitude towards racing, which highlights recreational opportunities for all comers!
This year the event will be held in Marlboro, Vermont. In the future the venue will move around. The event will be scored to NENSA’s Club Cup.
